WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Once retainer has been paid you will receive a wardrobe guide with tips and tricks on choosing outfits along with full access to my client closet in studio.

BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS

A non-refundable retainer is required at booking.

Final payment can be made at any point but is due before your session begins, if for any reason your final payment has not been made by the end of business day on the day of your session late fees will be added as outlined in your contract.

Payment plans are available under certain circumstances, if you are interested in a payment plan please contact me for further information.

WHAT HAPPENS IF WE HAVE TO RESCHEDULE?

If you need to reschedule the Non-refundable retainer will be transferable 1 time as long as the session is rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. If the session is cancelled by the client the Non-refundable retainer is not refundable or transferable. If I notice that your sessions are routinely rescheduled it will no longer be allowed.

WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?

We live in Washington so rain is part of our everyday life around here & I try to work with it the best I can. If the weather shows that we are looking at showers that can be worked around the session will continue on as planned, if the weather shows that we will have down pours, high winds or any conditions that I do not see fit or safe session will be rescheduled.

HOW SOON CAN WE EXPECT OUR PHOTOS AFTER OUR SITTING ?

My goal is to have collections returned in 1-2 weeks, during busy seasons this may vary as I contract out 3-4 weeks.

HOW WILL WE RECEIVE OUR PHOTOS?

You will receive your high resolution images via digital download and will have the option to add on a wooden flash drive or print package.

WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY ‘EDITED’ PHOTOS?

I go through and touch up each and every final photo including basic edits, removal of major blemishes/scratches/bruises and removal of surrounding people/signs that may be in the photos.

 WHAT IS A PRINT RELEASE?

A print release allows you to print your images as you wish at the print shop of your choice. My print release does outline the recommended print locations and minor adjustments that need made as I am not responsible for the quality of prints that do not come directly from me. Please remember a print release gives you the right to print your images, I do not release copyright.
